By using kifuliiru.org or any connected Kifuliiru Lab platform that links to these terms, you agree to use the services respectfully and lawfully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platforms.

Kifuliiru Lab is a language preservation and digital platform initiative supported by Wekify LLC. The work includes public websites, educational resources, language tools, contributor systems, publications, research materials, and related digital products.

The platforms exist to preserve, teach, research, document, and strengthen the Kifuliiru language and related cultural knowledge. They are offered for learning, community service, linguistic work, publication, collaboration, and responsible technical development.

When using Kifuliiru Lab platforms, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or harm another person or community.
• Post or submit unlawful, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, or intentionally misleading material.
• Attack, disrupt, overload, scrape aggressively, bypass security, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Misrepresent Kifuliiru Lab, Wekify LLC, the Bafuliiru community, contributors, elders, researchers, or published materials.
• Use the platforms to extract language resources in a way that harms the community, violates rights, or undermines the preservation mission.

Kifuliiru language resources may be useful to children, families, teachers, and schools. Children should use the platforms with guidance from a parent, guardian, teacher, or responsible adult. Children should not submit personal information, private messages, recordings, or contributor materials directly to us.

Some connected platforms may allow accounts, contributor access, language submissions, corrections, audio, text, translations, cultural notes, comments, or other contributions. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping any account credentials secure.

By submitting materials, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they do not knowingly violate another person's rights, privacy, or cultural restrictions.

When you submit language, cultural, educational, technical, or editorial material for the Kifuliiru mission, you give Kifuliiru Lab and Wekify LLC permission to review, store, edit, translate, format, organize, validate, publish, display, distribute, archive, and use that material for language preservation, education, research, platform development, and related public-interest work.

This permission is intended to let the work continue across websites, apps, publications, datasets, learning tools, and archives. It does not mean we claim ownership of your personal story, identity, or private information.

Kifuliiru Lab materials, software, designs, databases, text, publications, and platform structures may be owned by Wekify LLC, Kifuliiru Lab, contributors, partners, or other rights holders. Unless a page says otherwise, you may view and use public materials for personal learning, teaching, citation, research, and community education.

You may not copy, repackage, sell, bulk-download, train commercial systems on, or publish substantial portions of the materials as your own without permission, especially where doing so would detach Kifuliiru language knowledge from its community stewardship.

We work carefully, but the platforms and materials are provided as available. Kifuliiru language documentation is active work: spellings, translations, classifications, examples, technical features, and platform behavior may change as research and community validation improve.

To the extent allowed by law, Kifuliiru Lab and Wekify LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platforms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may update, suspend, remove, or change parts of the platforms or these terms as the work grows. We may also restrict access when needed to protect the platforms, the community, or the language resources.
